This page is here because ro http referrer field was wrong. For example, in order to leave a message on dvorak.org you need to get to the posting link by clicking on something that is on dvorak.org. Most of the spam bots don't do this and that's how we block the.
Unfortunately when people are using products that block the http referrer you can end up here by mistake. One such product that we know of is Kerio Personal Firewall. Blocking is set by default in
configuration->web->privacy->deny servers to trace web-browsing. If you are using this product turn this feature off.
