CapsColor (Foreground,Background)

Setting CapsColor allows capital letters and numbers to be a different color than the rest of the text. This is used with the UseArrows command to show which character is the one that selects the options in the window. CapsColor is reset after any TextColor command, so be sure to use CapsColor AFTER TextColor commands.

For this option the numbers 0 - 9 and some punctuation characters are considered capitals.
