Returns file date as 32 bit integer. See DOS manual for date structure.
This function should not be confused with FileTime which is compatible
with all other MarxMenu time commands. This should only be used by
experts, everyone else should ignore this command and use FileTime.
FileTime gets that date and time of a file.
