NovAccountDisabled (UserName) : Boolean
NovAccountDisabled returns True if the users account is disabled. It can also be used to disable a users account. If no user is specified, the current user is assumed.
Example:
Writeln NovAccountDisabled('MARC') NovAccountDisabled('MARC') = True
