NovManager (UserName) : Boolean

Returns True if the user has workgroup manager priveledges. If UserName isn't specified then the current user is assumed. 


Example:

   if NovManager ('FRED') then Writeln 'Fred is a Manager'
   if NovManager then Writeln 'I am a Manager'
