NovSemaphoreUsers (Name) : Number

This returns the number of users that have the semaphore open. This can be used for software metering. Read file METER.INC to use this feature. 


Example:

   if NovSemaphoreUsers ('LOTUS') > 5
      Writeln 'Sorry, all copies of LOTUS are in use.'
   endif
