ResizeWindow (Horizontal Vertical)

Changes the size of the top window. The horizontal and vertical numbers are added to the current size. Use negative numbers to shrink the window. The top left corner stays in the same place. 


Example:

   DrawBox 15 5 30 15
   ResizeWindow 15 5
