ScrollLock : Boolean

Returns true if Scroll Lock is on. This command can also set the Scroll Lock on and off. 


Example:

   if ScrollLock then Write 'ScrollLock is On'


   ScrollLock On  ;Turns ScrollLock On
   ScrollLock Off ;Turns ScrollLock Off


   ScrollLock (by itself) turns ScrollLock On.


   To test for ScrollLock:
   if ScrollLock
      <do something>
   endif
