UpperCaseCompare (On/Off)

When UpperCaseCompare is set to On, all string commands that compare strings are case insensitive. 


Example:

   UpperCaseCompare On
   Writeln 'ABC' = 'abc'   ; returns true
The commands this affects include all comparison operators, Pos, PosInList, PosInSortedList, PosInListPartial.
