Technical Support Policy: Unlike many software vendors, we at Computer Tyme are not afraid of technical support. If you are having a problem, we want to hear about it. We want you to be satisfied with our products so that you recommend us to your friends and neighbors.

To us, technical support is an opportunity for us to improve our product. Sometimes we have bugs that we don't know about and need to fix. Sometimes the manual isn't as clear as it should be. Sometimes the manual is just plain wrong. Maybe you need a new feature added that we haven't thought of, or you have some brilliant suggestion that will make us rich. Maybe your site is different from our site and we need to adapt our software to handle your needs. Maybe you are running something we've never heard of that doesn't like our software. For these reasons and others, we encourage you to call us with problems and suggestions.

Reporting Bugs: When we find a bug in our software, we try to fix it as soon as possible. Often we will fix it the same day and recompile everything so that the fixed version is shipping immediately and available to you. The way we see it, the quicker we fix our bugs, the less technical support we have to do. That's why our motto is, "Compiled Fresh Daily".
